Community Service

Empowering our communities

Sometimes the best gift we can give is our time and talent. By lending our expertise, we empower our community partners to develop meaningful business strategies, effective fund raising initiatives, sound financial planning and more. The skills of our employees are as diverse as they are remarkable, and there is no limit to the results we can deliver with their support.

Serving local communities

To support community service initiatives, each employee is granted eight hours of paid time off to volunteer at the nonprofits of their choice.

"We're proud to support organizations doing important service work in our local communities, and our employees thoroughly enjoy giving back," said Stacy Kymes, President and CEO.

Financial education

Our employee volunteers teach basic financial skills through Learn for Life, a company-wide financial education program delivered in partnership with nonprofit organizations and schools. Activities for kids in grades K through 12 include games, simulation and classroom education intended to help them create a foundation for a healthy financial future and to lead successful lives. Our support for adult education includes funding financial empowerment programs, volunteer preparation of basic tax returns and other efforts to help people find financial sustainability.
