The Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) of 1977 encourages banks to help meet the credit needs of the communities where they do business, including low- and moderate-income neighborhoods.

BOK Financial has maintained an Outstanding Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) rating for the last 12 years, signifying the bank's ongoing commitment to providing lending, investments, and services in the communities we serve.

BOK Financial complies with Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) guidelines and provides a public file containing the information listed below. Updates are made annually by April 1. Feel free to contact our CRA officer at for any inquiries.
