1. Offer available to new customers only. A new customer is defined as an individual who is not listed as a primary or secondary accountholder on any existing checking account or Personal Savings account and has not closed a checking account or Personal Savings account within the past 180 days. Customer’s primary address on the account must be in Colorado. Limit one bonus per customer.

Ninety days after account opening, the account will be evaluated, and if all qualifications are met, the bonus will be credited within the following 30 days. New accounts are subject to approval. To receive the bonus, the qualifying account must be open and in good standing at the time of payout. The bonus is considered interest and will be reported on IRS Form 1099-INT. This offer expires on February 28, 2026. However, BOKF reserves the right to change or discontinue the offer at any time and without notice prior to its expiration.

To qualify for the $750 bonus:

• Open a Premier Checking account.
• Deposit at least $8,000 in aggregate direct deposits within the first 90 days of account opening. Person-to-person payments (such as Zelle) and bank-to-bank transfers do not count as direct deposits.

Premier Checking earns an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 0.02%. The APY is effective as of 12/24/2025 and may change after the account is opened. Minimum opening deposit of $50. Fees may reduce earnings.

To qualify for the $200 bonus:

• Open a Personal Savings account.
• Within 30 days of opening your account, deposit at least $10,000 in new funds not currently held at the bank.
• Beginning on day 31 after account opening, the account balance must stay at or above $10,000 until day 90.

Personal Savings earns an Annual Percentage Yield (APY) of 0.10%. The APY is effective as of 12/24/2025 and may change after the account is opened. Minimum opening deposit of $50. Fees may reduce earnings.

2. Personal loan discounts - All loans are subject to credit approval. To qualify for a Premier relationship discount, you are required to maintain a Premier Checking account. Premier loan discounts do not apply to all loan products and are applicable for new loans only. Discount applies to the interest rate at the time of application.

Mortgage closing costs - Subject to closing of a residential purchase money or refinance mortgage loan with BOK Financial. Discount will be provided in the form of a lender credit.

3. For each statement cycle that one of the following requirements of average daily balances are met, you’ll avoid the $25 monthly service fee:

• $25,000 or more in linked bank deposit accounts (checking, savings, CDs, FDIC-insured IRAs)
• or $50,000 or more in any combination of qualifying linked banking, brokerage (available through BOK Financial Advisors – excluding 529s and managed trusts) and 10% credit balances (mortgage, HELOC, PLOC, auto loan & personal loan – excludes small business loans). Accounts are not automatically linked. Please notify your banker which accounts should be linked.

We will waive the monthly service fee for the first two statement cycles after opening the Premier Checking account to allow you to meet the requirements and avoid the monthly service fee. If you refinance your linked mortgage account with another lender, we will un-link your original mortgage from your Premier Checking account, and it will no longer count toward your Premier qualifying balances. If you choose to receive a monthly statement via postal mail, a statement fee of $3 will be assessed each month. You can turn off paper statements by logging in to Online Mobile Banking, selecting “online only”, and accepting the Online Statement Terms and Conditions. Opting out of paper statements will terminate the mailing of your monthly statement.

If you are enrolled in Overdraft Protection, we will automatically transfer any available funds at no charge to you from your linked savings, money market account or personal line of credit with us into your checking account at the end of any business day on which your Available Balance is less than zero. Limited to one linked savings or money market account or personal line of credit as a source of funding. Accounts are not automatically linked. Please notify your banker which account should be linked. To the extent the funds in your designated funding account are insufficient to cover all overdrafts in your checking account, an Overdraft Fee may be charged for each overdraft not covered by the transfer, under the terms of the Depository Agreement for Transaction Accounts.
