Log in

  1. Please, contact your administrator if you do not know what your username is.
  2. If you cannot reach your administrator, please contact us.
  1. Select the “forgot password” link below the log in button.
  2. You will be presented with a username verification screen.
  3. Enter your current username.
  4. Enter your profile phone number.
  5. Select submit.
  6. After selecting submit you will be able to create a new password.

Profile

From your dashboard, click your name in the top right hand corner of Exchange.

  1. From the profile page, you can view your first and last name, email address, username, phone number, and time zone (if applicable).
  2. From the profile page, you can edit your first and last name, email address, phone number, password, and time zone (if applicable).
  3. For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating some of the profile information.
    Note: If you authenticate via OTP (one time passcode) you will see a security tab via your profile page.
  1. Via the profile page select the edit button that is displayed below the legal name section.
  2. Selecting edit will allow you to change your first and/or last name.
  3. Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.

  2. Selecting edit will allow you to change your email address.
  3. Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.
  4. For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your email address.

Usernames cannot be edited.

  1. Via the profile page select the edit button that is displayed below the phone number section.
  2. Selecting edit will allow you to change your phone number.
  3. Only U.S. phone numbers are accepted.
  4. Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.
  1. Via the profile page select the edit button that is displayed below the password section.
  2. Selecting edit will allow you to change your password.
  3. You must know your current password, in order to edit your password.
  4. Select update and the changes will be saved.
  5. For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your password.
  6. Your password will be masked via your profile page.
  1. Via the profile page, select the edit button that is displayed below the time zone section.
  2. Selecting edit will allow you to change your time zone.
  3. Select update and the changes will be presented on your profile page.
    Note: The default time zone is CST America/Chicago.
  1. Via the profile page, select the security tab.
  2. Via the security tab you can view the MFA contact point options, which are phone number and Okta Verify.
  3. The phone number section represents the phone number that is enrolled for SMS and voice call authentication.
  4. The Okta Verify section represents the Okta Verify app that can be downloaded and used to authenticate with.
  5. For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your MFA contact points.
  1. You must always have at least one saved MFA contact point. You cannot remove all MFA contact points.
  2. To change your phone number, you must be enrolled for Okta Verify.
  3. Once enrolled for Okta Verify, you can select unenroll via the phone number section.
  4. After you have unenrolled from phone number, then you can enroll for phone number using your new phone number.
  5. For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your MFA contact points.
  1. You must always have at least one saved MFA contact point. You cannot remove all MFA contact points.
  2. To change the device associated with your Okta Verify app, you must be enrolled for phone number.
  3. Once enrolled for phone number, you can select unenroll via the Okta Verify section.
  4. After you have unenrolled from Okta Verify, then you can enroll for Okta Verify using your new device.
  5. For security purposes, you may be prompted to verify your identity before updating your MFA contact points.

Dashboard

  1. From your dashboard, select the customize dashboard button.
  2. The available widgets to add to your dashboard will be displayed under the available widgets section.
  3. Select the add button on the widget you want to add.
  4. Click the save button once you have selected the widgets you want to add to your dashboard.
  1. From your dashboard, select the customize dashboard button.
  2. The available widgets to remove from your dashboard will be displayed under the your dashboard section.
  3. Select the remove button on the widget you want to remove.
  4. Click the save button once you have selected the widgets you want to remove from your dashboard.
  1. From your dashboard, select the customize dashboard button.
  2. Click the accounts list tab.
  3. Select the accounts you would like to see shown on your dashboard.
  4. Click the save button once you have selected the accounts.
  1. If you are an administrator, on your dashboard select the edit (pencil) icon next to the account name you wish to change.
  2. Note: Any accounts that are hidden from being displayed on your dashboard, must be unhidden so that you can edit the account nickname via the dashboard.

User administration

  1. If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
  2. Select the add a new user button.
  3. Fill in relevant details.

  2. Find and select the user you would like to copy.
  3. On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to the user’s name.
  4. Click copy user.
  5. Fill in relevant details. The products and services of the copied user will be pre-selected.
  1. If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
  2. Find and select the user you would like to change.
  3. On the user summary screen, select the edit button next to the section you want to edit.
  4. Note: You must contact your treasury client services professional to change bank-defined administrators.
  1. If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
  2. Find and select the user you would like to delete.
  3. On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to the user’s name.
  4. Click delete user.
  5. Note: You must contact your treasury client services professional to delete bank-defined administrators.
  1. If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
  2. Find and select the user you would like to lock or unlock.
  3. On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to security.
  4. Click lock user or unlock user.
  1. If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
  2. Find and select the user you would like to reset.
  3. On the user summary screen, select the ellipsis (…) button next to security.
  4. Click reset password.
  1. If you are an administrator, select user administration from the administration menu option.
  2. Find and select the user you would like to reset.
  3. Click the reset MFA contact points button in the security section.
