2022 OKC Community Impact Project (Oklahoma City)

Join us for the 2022 Community Impact Project held at the OKC City Rescue Mission! The day will be split into two shifts, with both groups overlapping for the lunch hour. Each shift will be split into five groups of 15 people to rotate through five different mini-events hosted by the mission.

Total Event time: 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.
1. DRC - Learning about City Rescue Mission and the impact on our community.
2. Cleaning - Wiping down chairs, common areas within the building.
3. Kitchen - help prepare either a lunch or dinner for the CRM clients.
4. Gym - Minute to win it games and photo booth.
5. Garden - Help with outside garden preparations. (weather permitting, alternate offering painting structures)
Each of the groups will rotate through the above opportunities, with lunch provided for both groups at 12:30 p.m. Families are welcome to attend, minimum age recommended for children is 6 years old; however accommodations can be made for younger children if needed. A red BOK volunteer shirt is required for all attendees and can be provided upon request.
