Important Information for QuickBooks Desktop 2015 Users
Intuit, the makers of QuickBooks Desktop 2015, is experiencing an issue that may impact a limited number of QuickBooks Desktop 2015 users. This issue is preventing users from successfully syncing their account transaction history and is impacting users who bank with BOK Financial as well users who bank at other financial institutions across the country. We recognize the inconvenience this presents and are working with Intuit to see that this is resolved as quickly as possible. In the meantime, Intuit has provided the following solution to manually download your transactions into QuickBooks Desktop 2015:
- First, create a backup of your QuickBooks file
- Log into Online Banking
- Select the account on the Account Summary page
- Select Download Transactions
- In the Download To menu, select QuickBooks (.QBO)
- Select the desired date range
- Click Download
- Depending on your browser, locate the file you downloaded and open it
- QuickBooks will open and ask you to indicate whether you want to import the data now or save the file for import later
- After you import the data you may view the downloaded data in the Bank Feeds Center
