COVID-19: Service at Our Banking Centers

For the health and safety of you, your family, and our employees, we will temporarily only provide drive-thru service at our banking center locations as a preventive measure to reduce the spread of the COVID-19, as per the social distancing guidance of the CDC.

Banking center drive-thru services will continue to be available. Banking center lobbies will be temporarily closed. Expect longer than normal wait times in drive-thru lines. If you require access to your safe deposit box, please schedule an appointment. You can also notify a banker in the drive-thru or call us to make arrangements.

Banking center drive-thru hours will be 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday-Friday. A limited number of locations will also be open from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Saturdays. Because preventive measures are evolving quickly, visit our locations page to confirm location hours before making the trip.

If you do come into one of our locations, know that we’re following guidelines established by the Centers for Disease Control and Protection (CDC) to keep you safe. Every night, we sanitize our banking centers including the following areas:

  • Door knobs
  • Push and pull plates
  • Keyboards
  • Telephones
  • 10 keys
  • Copy machines and other office equipment
  • Chair arm rests
  • Office and work stations and conference room flat surfaces
  • Conference room equipment
  • Remote controls
  • All kitchen areas
  • All bathroom areas
  • Elevator call buttons
  • Drive-thru tubes
  • ATM surfaces
